I agree with Bandit's answer above. However some manufacturer's have tried to make it seem like you don't need any transmission maintenance for at least the first 100,000 miles. That may be true if you sell the car then, but if you want to make the car last as long as possible, I recommend changing the transmission fluid every 50,000 miles at a minimum.How often should i flush out my car transmission?

i would,nt recommend anyone to have their transmission flushed. i had a woman once brought her car to me and it would,nt shift gears. i dropped the valve body and all the dirt and grime was built up inside it after she had it flushed. it changed gears good after i cleaned it out. just keep the fluid and filter changed when it,s time and you should be ok.How often should i flush out my car transmission?
Unless the owner's manual says to have it flushed(I have never seen one that did) then you are wasting your money to do it. In recent years several companies have introduced machines to flush everything in your car, but their main function is to flush the money out of your wallet. If the manufacture does not tell you to do it then don't.
